We want everyone to be 100% satisfied, so we offer a 7 day no questions asked exchange policy.  If you make a purchase and change your mind, no problem.  Contact us within the 7 days to arrange for an exchange.  We kindly ask you to pay  return shipping insured in the original packaging.   We ship insured and kindly ask your desired exchange be insured for travel as well.   Damaged / uninsured artwork will not be exchanged.  Contact us directly for details.  

If your purchase arrives in a damaged condition, we require pictures to file an insurance claim and expedite a claim and solution to the problem.  We will replace or refund damaged product due to shipping error from UPS and USPS/.  Refunds will be processed quickly, 14 days or less from receipt of all required information.  

There will be a 20% restocking fee on  exchanges to cover shipping cost on our end. 

There will be no restocking fee for returns that were damaged by third party shipping partners UPS and or USPS.
